Private Group Bookings Only

We want to share an important update with you.  Due to a variety of factors, we’ve made some changes to how we operate.  We now offer exclusive venue hire for private groups only.  Instead of filling sessions with separate bookings, we now book out the entire venue to one group per session for a set price of £450.

Each session lasts 75 minutes, and the price remains the same whether you bring 6 or 16 players—the minimum required is 6 players, and the maximum is 16.  The price includes:
✅ Use of all equipment
✅ Camo caps & face paint
✅ Free & unlimited ammo
✅ A bottle of water per player

We intend to offer public sessions on Wednesdays during the Summer holidays where we can take individual and multiple small group bookings to fill sessions.  Further details will be published nearer the time.

Payment in full on booking is required.  We do not issue refunds except in cases where extreme weather is forecasted, then cancellation will be necessary due to health and safety.  Affected sessions will be refunded or rescheduled.

We accept payment by card or bank transfer.

Please wear your own outdoor clothing suitable for the weather (old long sleeved tops, long trousers/joggers) and sturdy outdoor footwear.  Walking boots are best, otherwise old trainers or wellies are fine.  Flat soled footwear or football studs are not suitable.  If it has been raining for days on end the ground will be wet and your footwear will get mucky.

PLEASE READ THESE IMPORTANT NOTES:

Battlefield Live is exciting, stimulating, and your adrenalin will take over.  Please take it at your own pace.  If hiding and sniping is your thing there are many areas of cover from which you can spot the enemy before they spot you.  Alternatively, you may wish to be near the action – it’s up to you.

Please arrive no more than 10 minutes before your session starts.  

Please note that late arrivals who miss the safety briefing will not be allowed to play.

There is no cafe on site, however we are just a few minutes’ drive away from some lovely cafes, including Bothy Tea-room situated in the magnificent Colby Woodland Gardens, and in the seaside villages of Amroth and Saundersfoot or the inland town of Narberth.

Not suitable for Spectators as the arena covers circa 2 acres of woodland
